• Personal reasons, including change of mind, health issues, or inability to travel.
• Unexpected events such as natural calamities, weather disruptions, or government restrictions.
• Force majeure events, including pandemics, war, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Changes and Modifications

• No Changes Allowed: Once a booking is confirmed, modifications to travel dates, accommodation, or package details are not permitted.
• Rebooking Option (Subject to Availability): In certain cases, we may assist with rebooking for future dates, subject to availability and additional charges. This does not guarantee any waiver of fees.

3. Advance Payment Policy

• All bookings require 100% advance payment to confirm the reservation.
• This advance is non-refundable and non-transferable to other services, packages, or individuals.

4. Cancellation Requests

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to booking@kumbhfair.com.
• Acknowledgment of receipt does not imply eligibility for refunds or exceptions to the policy.

5. Responsibility and Liability

• Kumbhfair.com acts as an intermediary for travel arrangements and does not hold responsibility for disruptions caused by third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation agencies, or government authorities.
• In case of service disruptions, we will work with service providers to facilitate alternatives, but refunds will not be issued.

6. Travel Insurance Recommendation

To safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

7. No-Show Policy

If a traveler does not arrive on the scheduled date or fails to use booked services (e.g., accommodations, transportation), the booking will be treated as a no-show with no refunds issued.
